Service description

Apolodoro is a trip planning application that helps you plan, track, and share your trips. The service is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may experience interruptions. We provide the service on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime or service level agreement during the beta period.

Your account

To use Apolodoro, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address.
• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with others.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Apolodoro to:

• Store illegal, harmful, or abusive content in trip notes or other fields.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

You own all trip data you create in Apolodoro, including trips, accommodations, transportations, activities, expenses, and lists. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Service availability

We aim to keep Apolodoro available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. During the beta period, the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

Limitation of liability

Apolodoro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Where possible, we will notify you before taking action. You may also delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
